Operator Dashboard

Your operator dashboard at demo.slottylabs.com (sandbox) or your custom domain (production) gives you full control over your casino integration.

First Login

1. You'll receive credentials from office@slottylabs.com during onboarding
2. Navigate to your dashboard URL and sign in
3. On first login, you'll be prompted to enable Two-Factor Authentication (required for production)

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard shows real-time KPIs:

• Total Players — Active player count
• GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) — Bets minus wins
• Total Rounds — Number of game rounds played
• Active Sessions — Currently playing players

Managing Games

Viewing Available Games

Navigate to Games in the sidebar. You'll see all 5 available games:

Game Configuration

Click any game to configure:

• RTP Variant — Choose from 92%, 94%, 96%, or 97% (default: 96%)
• Bet Limits — Set min/max bet amounts for your players
• Max Win — Override the maximum win cap
• Features — Enable/disable jackpot participation, free spins, cash-out
• White-Label — Custom game name and branding (logo, colors)

RTP Selection

Most jurisdictions require a minimum RTP of 92%. Choose higher RTP variants for player retention. The 96% variant is the industry standard.

Managing Players

Navigate to Players to view all registered players:

• Search by name, email, or external ID
• Filter by status (active, suspended, self-excluded)
• View Details — Click a player to see their profile, balance, transaction history, and game rounds
• Suspend/Unsuspend — Temporarily block a player from playing
• Set Limits — Configure deposit, loss, and session limits per player

Finance & Reporting

Finance Overview

The Finance page shows:

• Total deposits and withdrawals
• GGR breakdown by game
• Revenue trends over time
• Outstanding balances

Crypto Wallets

If you accept cryptocurrency, navigate to Finance → Crypto Wallets to:

• Configure supported chains (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, TRON)
• Set confirmation requirements per chain
• View hot wallet balances
• Configure gas/fee sponsorship

Reports

Generate downloadable reports from Reports:

• Financial Reports — Revenue, GGR, settlement
• Game Performance — Per-game statistics, RTP monitoring
• Player Activity — Session durations, wagering patterns

Settings

Webhook Configuration

Navigate to Settings → Webhooks to:

1. Set your webhook endpoint URL (must be HTTPS)
2. View your webhook signing secret
3. Select which events to subscribe to
4. Test webhook delivery
5. View delivery history and retry failed deliveries

Branding

Navigate to Settings → Branding to customize:

• Casino name (displayed in games)
• Logo URL
• Primary brand color
• Dark/light theme preference

API Keys

Your API keys are available in the dashboard. You'll have:

• Sandbox key (sk_sandbox_...) — For development and testing
• Production key (sk_production_...) — For real-money play (issued after review)

WARNING

Never expose your API keys in client-side code. Always make API calls from your backend server.

Responsible Gaming

Navigate to Responsible Gaming to manage:

• Flagged Players — Players who triggered responsible gaming alerts
• Exclusion Lists — Self-excluded and operator-excluded players
• Limit Management — Default and per-player limits
